About the Role

As a Recruitment & HR Operations Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of both recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external clients to identify top talent, streamline HR processes, and support a positive employee experience across the board. This is a dynamic position suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and is passionate about people and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment:
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for internal and client roles, from job posting to onboarding.
    • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
    • Source candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, internal database, etc.).
    • Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews with the clients.
    • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • HR Operations:
    • Support Finance team with Social Security (Daman) processes.
    • Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and offboarding.
    • Maintain and update HR databases, personnel files, and documentation.
    • Prepare HR reports and documentation as required by internal stakeholders.
    • Assist with day-to-day employee/consultant queries and provide administrative support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and/or HR operations.
  • Familiarity with SAL policies such as NSSF regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
